Over the last 15+ years, Steve and his team have led production in their markets on large, institutional-grade and high profile assignments. His team is the overwhelming leader with nearly $2B in volume in the Class “A” space alone since 2012.  While at CBRE, Steve was a member of CBRE’s Institutional Properties, a small group of national market leaders who focus largely on institutional-grade assets and transactions of size. Dane helps oversee team strategy, new business development efforts, deal execution, and underwriting. Through his extensive knowledge of the market, depth of relationships, and his unique ability to identify and source target capital, Dane excels at matching potential investors with available opportunities.

Ross Wettersten

Ross Wettersten is an Associate and founding member of Central Midwest Multifamily Advisors.

Ross represents both institutional and private clients across the United States, specializing in the valuation and disposition of multifamily properties. He leverages his background in finance by developing customized financial models to deliver leading edge underwriting analyses which enable the team to consistently deliver optimal asset pricing and sales execution. In addition to financial modeling, Ross assists with new business development, capital sourcing, and transaction management. Prior to multifamily investment sales, Ross spent four years in student housing property management with a specialty in new construction lease-up. Since pivoting his career to investment sales in 2021, Ross has completed more than $15B in asset valuations and assisted in the disposition of 52 properties with an aggregate value of $1.8B.

Casey Simmons began her career in team building, sales and communication in 2002 with Arbonne International where her team reached the top 1% of production internationally. She spent four years working for a real estate development company developing and maintaining systems. Over most of her career she has focused on recruiting, assimilating and training new team members, areas in which she has developed a particular proficiency.
